Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received prior to April 1, 2010, will qualify for a full refund, minus a $30 processing fee. All cancellations must be in written form to the hosts of IDRS 2010. From April 1st to May 14th, only 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. 100% of the housing and meal fees will be refunded. No refunds will be allowed after May 15, 2010. All approved refunds will be processed before September 1st, 2010
