IDRS 2010 Dorm Information
All IDRS participants who are staying in dorms will be housed in Walker Center.

If you reserved a single room, you will be sharing a bathroom with another person in a single room. If you reserved a double occupancy room, you will be sharing a bathroom with another double occupancy room.
- There is a lockable door that separates the room from the bathroom for privacy purposes
Those who purchased a meal plan will receive a wristband during check-in and will have to go next door to Couch to receive their meals.
Check-In Procedures
Monday Arrivals (pre-approved only)
- Report directly to the dorms when you get to Norman
- The desk is open from 7:00am-11:00pm and is located on the first level by the elevators
- If you are arriving between 11:00pm and 7:00am, you will have to call the on-call staff (their number will be posted on the door of the dormitory) to get into the building
- Please email Katie Robertson – katie.robertson@ou.edu – if you know you will be arriving late with your arrival date and time
- You will not be able to complete your registration for the conference until Tuesday beginning at 9:00am in Catlett Music Center
Tuesday-Friday Arrivals
- If you arrive between 9:00am and 5:00pm, please register at Catlett Music Center first
- A van will be available to transport you and your luggage to the dorms
- If you arrive after 5:00pm, you will not be able to complete your registration for the conference until 9:00am the following morning
- If you arrive after 5:00pm, report directly to the dorms
- The desk is open from 7:00am-11:00pm and is located on the first level by the elevators
- If you are arriving between 11:00pm and 7:00am, you will have to call the on-call staff (their number will be posted on the door of the dormitory) to get into the building

Linens and Exchanges
- A linen set consists of 2 bath towels, 2 washcloths, 2 flat sheets, 1 pillow, 1 pillow case, and 1 blanket
- No linens are provided – you have to pay for linens if you do not plan to bring your own
- Linen set-up is $5.00 and can be added when you check in at the dorms
- If you requested exchange(s), you will receive all of those upon check-in
- Linen exchange includes 1 towel and 1 washcloth and is $3.00 per day and can be added when you check in at the dorms
Check-Out Procedures
- Everyone must check out at the desk no matter the departure date or time
- The desk is open from 7:00am-11:00pm
- If you are leaving between 11:00pm and 7:00am, you will need to check out the night before with the desk clerk and leave the key in your room the next day
- A $35.00 charge will be added to your bill if you lose or take your key with you
